What Is The Prognosis Of A Patient With Cardiac Arrest And Type 2 Diabetes?

My sister went into cardic arrest on 1/7/15 and not regained conscious yet. All the doctor have told me that she suffered severe brain damage. She is a type 2 diabetic on insulin, she has a defriblitor/pacemaker and on dialysis what are of changes of any type of recovery. The doctors have informed me that her prognosis is very grim.
