What Is The Pulsating Feeling At The Penis Tip?

hi i have been having a pulsing vibrating sensation in the left tip of my penis. From research I have found seems to be related to nerve. It doesn't happen most of the time, but flares up after ejaculating. Also, I have been working out quite a bit just recently and believe I may have strained something etc.
