What Is The Range That Sedate Is Ok. Standards Are

What is the range that sedate is ok. Standards are all over depending on labs. Mine is 81 and still don't fit in any dx box after 20 years. Severe inflammation to my body but of course I'm not in the range to be diagnoised. What's your thoughts on sedate and lab ranges?
