hi sir i am hari,i have more hairs on my hands and leg and i am 24yrs old.i want to know how to reduce this hair growth.common answer i know would be hereditary,Apart from this what would be the reason for more hair growth? and will meditation help in normalizing the hormones level and reduce hair growth
