What Is The Reason For Severe Side Pain Along With Breast Pain?

hi - i fell exactly 2 weeks ago and have had horrendous left sided pain which i belived that i had bruised a rib but now my left breast is hurting really bad. aleve, advil, and excedrin are not helping? i'm in serious pain and very tired, hard to drive, etc...do you know what this may be? i am 38 years old/
