What Is The Reason For Sharp Pain Above The Penis ?

i have a sharp pain 1 inch above my penis and one inch to the left. its a sharp, knife-like pain that isn't always there. i don't feel a bulge when im sitting or when I cough, but when i push on the area the pain is there.

I am male, 27 yrs old, 5'10'', 175lbs
