What Is The Reasons For Peeling And Regrowing Moles On The Back?

Hi, i have a mole on my back that peels off and then regrows. Not really sure why it does it. It doesn't hurt even when it peels off. I also have another mole on my neck that is really dark and underneath it there is another mole growing. First it was redish and now it seems to be flesh colored.
