What Is The Recovery Time For Tonsil Ulcers?

I have had strep throat for 4 days I have had 2 shots of rochephen shot of steroids and am on omnicef 300 mg and medros taper pak and I still have alot of pus pockets and ulcers on my tonsils throat how long will it take it to go away you would think that after all the meds and shots it would be going away and yes I did test positive for strep.
