my husband has had a sore throat now for days. doctor has given him antibiotics(co-amoxiclav 500mg/125mg) tablets. he has been told that his tonslis have split and that there is pus coming out. He feels no better and is still feverish. he is also taking cough sweets. when will the fever go and how long will it last.
