What Is The Red Bump On Stomach Filled With Blood And Liquid?

Hi, I have a big red bump on the bottom of my stomach were my stomach and pants meet. I have been putting band aids on it thinking it was from my pants rubbing on my skin, but i took off the band aid and it was bleeding and liquid was coming out. What could it be?
