What Is The Red Ring Around My Forearm And Waist?

I have a red ring around my forearm, about an inch and a half above my wrist. It goes all the way around my arm and is faint, but it has not gone away for at least 5 hours. It looks like I wore a hair tie around my wrist, but there is no indentation.
