What Is The Remedy For Blisters On Thigh?

I have a small area on my upper outer thigh that started as a small red raised area and progressed to being a cluster of small yelow'ish blisters. This is the 3rd or 4th time tit has appeared in a couple of years. The only cause i can think of is from the skin being irritated by new jeans. please help!
