I am an African Ameican woman. My husband has suffered with eczema on his forehead, down the middle of his back, and the side of his face. He has been given skin cream to help. The cream only smoothes the problem for a short period of time. He has had rough and reoccurring itchy bumps on numerous occasions. Could you please recommend a solution?
