What Is The Remedy For Follicular Keratosis?

I was diagnosed with follicular keratosis, I feel I have it bad, it's not just little bumps, it's pimple like bumps with big seeds in side. When one dries up, I get another. Is there anything that I can use? I feel like I have tried all the over the counter soaps and lotions and they all seem to make it worse. Thank you.
