What Is The Remedy For Inflammation And Itchiness In Vulva And Labia?

I have recently developed inflammation and itchiness of the vulva and Labia. I was recently on antibiotics with no problems. However since they have stopped this has begun. I have no discharge or foul smell, what is the problem and how can I fix this asap.
