What Is The Remedy For Irregular Periods?

I am 24 yr old and got married last month.I had problem of irregular periods since onset of my menstruation at the age of 12.PCOD and hormonal imbalance were detected along with acne and slight hirsutism.I had taken many types of treatment but gain no benefit.Then i switched over to Ginette 35 at the age of 18 prescribed by an endocrinologist.After starting Ginette my periods got regularised.It had been around 6 yrs for me taking Ginette.Now I m married and want to conceive.What treatment should I follow?
