What Is The Remedy For Itchiness Due To Ringworm On Neck?

Hi there, iv been suffering from an 'itchy anus' for several months now, my GP said it was due to a fungal infection as i also had a ringworm on my neck at the same time. now the ringworm has gone and the itch is still there!! she told me to use the same anti fungal cream i was using for the ringworm. I normally wake up in the middle of the night itching
