What Is The Remedy For Jock Itch?

Hello !! I have been suffering from jock itch and athlete's foot for many years. I have tried MANY creams and lotions over the years and I am VERY tired and frustrated. The only cream that worked was called LOTRISONE and of course .... they stopped making it ... because it actually worked. No other cream has cured or solved my problems. I am embarassed to take off my clothes with my girlfriend. I have marks and pimples on the inside of my thighs right next to my testicles and my feet are all dry, flaky, itchy, and many times the skin just opens up and I am in terrible pain. PLEASE HELP !!! I would aprreciate it immensely if you could suggest the most powerful and effective cream or oral medicine to solve this problem once and for all. I am over it !! THANK YOU VERY MUCH and I hope that someone takes the time to answer my question.
