What Is The Remedy For Pain And Erection Problem Of Penis?

Dear Dr.

My name is Sameer and I am residence of Sharjah

My problem is that near by 6 months before, i was going in car, suddenly i got pain in penis,

than i go to my family doctor after 1 month (In India), he said nothing to worry he gave me "SIOTONE" and and also one normal pain killer,

Now i am taking this 2 medicine from last 6 months, but i dont think it gave me any benefit,

I am getting married on last week of April,

and i am also not getting proper ejection and sexual stamina

Could you please advice me what should i do? What treatment should i go through or are you doing such treatments?
