What Is The Remedy For Red Blotches On Face?

I am 7 months pregnant and have recently developed red blotches all over my face. It started a few weeks ago and flared up towards the end of the day. It was going away and then coming back. Now it seems to be constant and looks as though its moving to my neck. I havent changed anything or used a new cream etc. I rarely wear make up. It isnt itchy but very norticable. Can you help? Thanks
