What Is The Right Dosage Of Bandy For Pediatric Use?

Hi, my kid is 3 year old and weighs 11kgs.he eats lots of sweets and craves for them.I never observed any worm in his stool but to be on safe side I want to give him bandy(10ml) dose. I want to know if 1 dose is enough or do I need to give him another dose? If yes, after how many days am I suppose to give him next dose? Do I have to take any precautions before or after giving the medication?
