What Is The Right Dosage Of Clindamycin To Be Taken For Vaginal Infection?

Ive been taking clindamycin 150mg twice a day for 4 days for BV infection. vaginal infection.. I discovered today that I misread the directions, I am supposed to be taking 300mg twice a day (4) instead of 2.. I m concerned if the medicine will still do its purpose and fight this infection.. I haven t been getting enough of the proper dose. of course I will now start taking 4 a day instead of 2. will it still work?
