What Is The Right Medication For Abscess On The Tailbone?

There is abscess at the end of my tail bone. At the beginning it was small and I showed it to a local doctor. He prescribed Izra-20, clavam-625 and flanZen for 5 days. It s the third day now and the abscess seems to have grown. Should I complete the course or seek another opinion ?
