What Is The Right Procedure To Be Followed For Essure ?

I am looking for someone to do the Essure procedure on me. Problem is I am 18 and no one will take me seriously. I am over birth control, and can not have an iud. I need a doctor that can perform Essure. I am 100% sure I do not want children I haven't ever. I have the man of my dreams and we are engaged and neither of us want children and haven't ever. I am a nursing student he is on the road working. I can not get anyone to perform this they say you may change your mind, you will regret it. Well I know for sure I will not change me mind, and it is my problem is I regret it but I know I will not I have wanted this done since I can remember. Do you have any helpful advice for me? I just need someone and want someone to do Essure procedure on me.
