What Is The Right Time Frame To Get Accurate Result On Cipla Pregtest?

Madam/sir i have used cipla pregtest yesterdat on the day earlier when i woken up. As per the instructions. I missed my period from 1 week. Im eager to know am i conceived or not. Because i got married 1 1/2 year before. I usually got irregular periods but its cause only 2 to 3 days. What my question/doubt is.. Is this the right time to use cipla pregtest, or i have to take some more time to test again. The result i got is negative... :(
