What Is The Round Circle On My Back?

Hi, I have a round circle on my back. Sometimes it almost feels of something is moving. My parents say it isn't a worm of any kind and that its just a dry spot. The movement tends to stay in that designated spot on my back. Please help. I havn't gone ot the doctor yet and I need some advice. Thank You!
