What Is The Round Flesh Piece In My Throat?

hello i have problem over to my head i don not know what exactly it is but its like a black marked and often itching i saw a Doctor he said that it is a normal, but i am curious it is not going and another i feel in my throat there is something flesh piece round in shape but small but i havent any problem but i am worried about it what should i have to do???
