What Is The Safest Cleansing Solution For Pierced Ears?

Hello. I pierced my ears just two days ago, and would like to know what type of cleansing solution is safest. The person who pierced them suggested Isopropyl alcohol swabs, but I looked online, and many people say that alcohol kills the good healing tissues and dries out your skin. They suggest a saline solution or a hydrogen peroxide solution. Please help, though I realize this is minor? Thanks in advance.
