What Is The Severe Pain In My Skull Radiating To Neck?

I have sickening pain on the back of my scull on the left lower side also radiates into my neck on left side. my ct scan report states NORMAL BRAIN AND VENTRICULAR SYSTEM. NO EVIDENCE OF BLEED. NO BONY INJURY. Thats all it says. I am unsure why, but I thought even a normal scan report would be more detailed.
