What Is The Sharp Pain At The Tip Of Penis?

hi i'm 15 and i have lately been experiencing a sharp pain for a few seconds at the tip of my penis (inside the urethra). P.S-I have been wearing the same pair of boxers for 2 days just because i forgot to take a new pair on a trip. Also, it does not hurt will urinating or ejaculation. thanks
