What Is The Skin Colored Pimple On The Penis?

Hey, I am 14 years old and i have found that there is a small wart/pimple looking thing on the middle of my penis. It is the color of my skin and it doesn't hurt. I have tried looking at different websites, but i couldn't find one that seemed to have the answer i was looking for. If someone could help me. I'd appreciate it. thanks
