What Is The Skin Infection That Is Spreading Throughout The Body?

Hi I suffer from psoriasis but recently it seems to have got a lot worse. I now have a lot of patches of what I think is psoriasis on my arms, tops of legs and other previous uninfected parts of my body. Now I'm thinking maybe this might not be psoriasis? I recently visited Indonesia but had immunisation injections before I went.
