What Is The Small Bump Filled With Pus On My Forehead?

I have this small place in the center of my forehead that is palpable to touch. It has been there for several years. Now, it seems to be a small bump that looks like it may be filled with pus. I think I should ask my physician about it. It does not hurt and when I smooth out the skin, it appears to disappear.
