What Is The Small Bump On My Penis?

I have a very small lone bump on my penis. It is the same color as the skin and does not hurt. I cant get to a clinic and im very scared. What can I do? Is it possible to post a picture so you guys can give me advice? Im 21 5'9 175 I had unprotected sex about 24 hours before the bump showed up.Also had unprotected sex 3-4 before the bump showed up. What can it possibly be?
