What Is The Small Bumps Filled With Pus In The Pubic Area?

hello i shave my pubic hair and when i was last having a look around my penis and scrotum and checking on my pubes i found a bump in the middle of my pubes which i thought might be an ingrowing hair so i gently used a sterile needle to prod it and try ease it out but when i did so a clearish liquid oozed out with mixings of blood from it aswell. This is the only one that i can find, please can you help?
