What Is The Small Lump On The Lower Rim Of My Lip?

i just got over a bad canker soars in my throat and on my lips took 5 days to heal today noticed small almost color of my lip lump on lower rim of lip with pin head tiny dot in middle could this be related to what just healed my dr prescribed a mix of malox benedryl and lidocaine to swish and spit please help and is this catchy ?
