What Is The Smelly Discharge From My Cheeks?

I have a place on my face (cheek area) that oozes something smelly. If you squeeze it, it comes out looking like a string of paste that smells horrible. If I don't squeeze it for a while, It oozes but you can't see it only smell it. It's been there for years. Please help
