What Is The Smelly Rash All Over The Face Of A Baby?

Hi, my 6week old baby has developed a rash all over her face, behind ears, back of the neck and slightly on her scalp. it looks like loads of tiny pin prick red spots and is a yellow crust on and behind her ears. we bathe her everyday but the rash really smells.
