What Is The Solution For Migraines?

Hi-I have a sore right breast and weak arm and leg/knee on that side. For about 3 weeks I have also had bad headaches/migraines everyday down that side of my head. I am a migraine sufferer but dont usually have them this bad in one group. I am an active 37 year old and it is starting to affect my daily living.
