What Is The Stringy Bits Of Skin Near The Vaginal Opening?

On the entrance to my vagina there s this little opening and around it there s tiny stringy bits of skin, they re about 5cm each and below it is the actual entrance of my vagina. This isn t a new thing but its bothering me a lot recently and I want to know what it is, any ideas?
