What Is The Symptoms Postmenopausal?

i have been having painful cramps, and i bleed heavy for one and half days during my mentrual(indometrosis)!! i wanted to know what it means(post-mental pausal?), i am 42, about to be 43 and i was considering reversal tubuligation....or is it not a good idea!
