What Is The Tapering Schedule For Norco Used For Syringomyelia?

Hello, I was diagnosed with syringomyelia this past year (after 3 years of back pain and neck pain and being misagnosed multiple times and prescribed muscle relaxers that never worked. The, when my syringomyelia diagnoses was established, I was prescribed Norco 7.5 mg, and I slowly started to take more and more through out the day. I want to taper off of it and I have about 16 pills. What is the best taper schedule?
