What Is The Testing Procedure For Intestinal Parasites?

How can I know if I have intestinal parasites. I am 18 years and I am 56 Kgs. I am thin and i was since i was 6, I never thought that i might have intestinal parasites, i always thought it was fast metabolism. So how can i make sure of that (beside doing a stool test)?
