What Is The Thick Fluid Coming Out From My Penis?

hello Good morning ...i am 27 years old male and my problem is that when i go to washroom for pressure......and during this time usually we apply some pressure and i see a thick fluid coming out from my male part...its been now 3 to 4 years please help....
