What Is The Time Gap To Take Tylenol After Taking Methotrexate?

I taking metrotraxate 2.5 ml every week and missed two weeks so I took it on Tuesday night and want to get back on track with taking it every Sunday ! Is it possible and can I take some kind of headache meds and how long after or before ,haven t been feeling well for a week ,Do I need to get my body used to the meds again I have been taking all other meds daily and they are myloxacam folic acid 2 placquenil 2 morning and night and for my blood pressure I take types of meds every morning . My question is can I tale Tylenol extra strengthen with or before or how long after my dose of metrotraxate,
