What Is The Tingling In My Hands And Feet After A Delivery?

I am 6 months postpartum and I have tingles in my hands, feet and face. I have an MRI scheduled for next week but I am now convinced I have MS. Can this be related to having given birth? This has been going on for 2 months now. I am 31 and otherwise healthy.
