What Is The Tiny Blood Vessel Like Rash In Calves?

I am 25, 5'6", 115 pounds - very healthy. I have been really stressed with work and developed what looked like a heat/stress rash about a week ago. It went away last weekend, but since then I have noticed a slight rash on my calves that looks like tiny blood vessels. It does not itch and it has not spread. What could this be? Could it be a bad razor that I used to shave with or is this a more serious problem and do I need to visit my doctor?
