What Is The Tiny Bump In The Middle Of My Upper Back?

My girlfriend has a tiny bump in the middle of her upper back. It looks similar to a pimple but does not have a white head and is not discolored. She said that when she squeezes it, white fluid similar to what comes out of a pimple comes out, only it smells bad. She has had it for months and it doesn't hurt.
