What Is The Tiny Thing In My Sinus Area?

Hi.i had some sinus problems recently.i can see somthin tiny i sinus area.i can filly it moving to.it will travel to cheek area.the skin rises up when it moves so iam sure something is on there.is it possible a bug is living in there.or am i losing my mind?
