What Is The Treatment For Low And High Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion?

i have been married for 9 years and within the past three yrs my wife has begun to get LSIL and HSIL paps. I am wondering in the amount of time we been married and the amount of time she has shown symptoms could she have contracted HPV prior to us getting married? also may factor into it my she has been gettin pap smears for atleast 7yrs
